Winter Broke

Just got back form a 4 day trip to Las Vegas, where I didn't gamble and sitll spent all of my money. But it was nice to kick bck and pretend that everyday was saturday. Most of my friends came up (craps!) and not only did I sing karaoke at Imperial Palace, but I learned that if you sit in the Sportsbook area you can get drinks for $1 (for the tip).

But now it's time for school again and I'll be having another full load: Chamber Singers, University Chorus, Mens' Chorus, West Side Story and Afro-Cuban.

Also went boarding as well.

Did I mention I'm having a party?

Feliz Ano Novo!

That's Portuguese for Happy New Year! It's been awhile since I was on here. Unfortunately right after the opera I was in the midst of moving and then my time to freely blog on the internet was pretty much nonexistent.

So much has happened since my last posting:

• lived with my girlfriend for 3 months (oh yeah, we're official now)
• played Nero in the opera
• moved out of Daly City into the Inner Richmond District, SF
• Great Earth Vitamins closed on 11/15, where I'd been working since June 2001
• Sang 3 concerts
• tried out for West Side Story (I'm a Jet, go figure!)

Now it's time for my Mayfly Project. Basically you sum up your entire year in 24 words or less (it used to be 20.)

Christmas gifts? Well, I got new socks(!), new shoes, clothes and most importantly, a new PDA. Yes, it's my attempt to become better organized.

And I still have one more shipment of stuff from my Daly City house. Then I need to go and fix up my new room. I need to feng shui and do other cleansing rituals.

Anyway, I'll be back up more often.
