Frenzy

I'm in a housebuying frenzy. Not that I have any money to buy a house or anything, but I'm at least going to look. It's like walking into the Gucci store and trying to see if you can at least afford to buy... like a keychain or something.
My gut tells me that I will most likely be priced out of a home if I don't start now. It's a huge risk, but I think a worthwhile one. I don't intend to live in it for long, but I hope that it will at least keep its value so that I can save on rent.
It is quite crazy.
I may be moving to emeryville, because SF is just way out of my price range already.

Sucks, but it's better than being at the mercy of the landlord.
