Thai in Redwood City

Awsome and I decide to have dinner w/ my cousin and his wife out in Redwood City. They swore that this place was good!!! And of course i'm a little hesitant, but still open to suggestions. Hey... Redwood City is up and coming by the way. The restaurant is Bangkok Bay Thai Cuisine . I happen to find parking right on the street in front of the restaurant. Only thing is, is that Redwood City has a weird parking meter system that doesn't let up until 10pm I think??? Isn't that pretty wack?? Kinda weird... so if you don't find parking in their lot, make sure to bring some coins or dollar bills w/ you.

So I had let my cousin and his wife decide on what we were ordering since we've never been there... I think that was a mistake...why? Nothing bad..but most of the dishes were meat or chicken!!! No veggies or noodles.... I have to have some kind of noodle, veggie or soup dish... Oh well..next time.. But they did good on the ordering. Recommendations would be the BBQ Beef Salad, Sweet & Spicy Pompano, Green Beef Curry, Chicken Satay (staple), Honey BBQ'd Pork, and for the finale..the dessert in the pix. Unfortunately, I don't remember what it's called, but do you see the girl? Cute huh? hee hee hee...

Hopefully, if you're in the area, you can stop by for dinner. The owners and servers were really nice and friendly and it can get pretty packed. Not sure if they take reservations? Hopefully you enjoy the food as much as we did.
