Happy Anniversary!
6 years ago today, actually almost to the minute as I write this... we recited our vows on the 2nd floor balcony of San Francisco City Hall in front of a small number of family and friends. Yes, I will always be haunted by the fact that we ran out of food that afternoon (I figured it was a weekday, and no one would come!)
Now 6 years later we have definitely come a long way. We have travelled to different places. Raising our sons together to the best of our ability. See each other through the good and bad days. Own our first home. Support our dream jobs and always finding a way to make me laugh and smile! And most of all... I get to wake up next to my best friend every morning...okay most of the time we have two little ones in between us!
In case you didn't know... damoomoo has done the best job in spoiling me! I am the third child!! He will be the one to cook and clean (except for the bathroom). He allowed me to paint the dining room PINK. Supports my business endeavors (even my desire to quit, when I can sustain an equitable income) He has even agreed to come with me to Dallas this summer with thousands of MK women and other spouses.
So to my husband & best friend... it took me years to realize you were the one for me... thank you for always knowing it, and never letting go of that. And for those who were in Malta or know our Malta story... he kept the picture/frame and glass flower for me, which sits inside my "store".
I love you 'moomoo... now, lets work on having our dream wedding & reception... and MAYBE our third...
