Another goal attained!!!! PANCIT!!!
Woo hoo!!!! This is pretty exciting here!!! I just finished making my pancit and it's not bad!!! I love it!!! And so does Awsome.... of course he's my number one taster! hee hee hee... although he likes everything SALTY!!!
So where did I get this recipe? Again talkin to my co-workers, remembering what my parents used to do and then implementing some of the steps given by this website using ask.com Hawiian Electric Company, Inc.
I have to say it was a 2 day process.... YES!!! Of course the prep is what takes the longest. If I had everything prepped yesterday, I'd say my cooking time today would have just been 30 minutes. But what I think is funny is that after all that cooking, I think I only made enough pancit for 3 people!!!! Isn't that wack!!!! I thought at least 4-6??? Oh well... All good! At least I know it won't go to waste! Now it's DESSERT TIME!!!! |
