I decided not to buy the boots. As much as I want it, it doesn't make sense to own 6 pairs of boots. I also decided not to return my pink suede boots. In a moment of vanity on Saturday night, I decided to wear them. They looked fabulous. More importantly, they made my legs look fabulous, ala Julia Robert's forever legs. I didn't wear socks with the boots cos they were half a size too small. I'm a 7 and this was a 6half. Strangely they weren't as uncomfortable as I thought they would be. My feet have felt worse. So yea, the story is I'm keeping my pink boots.
This year is starting out to be a very um covetous year. I WANT so many things. I think I better do all this shopping before Lent. I want a PS2, I want wireless internet, I want yoga lessons, salsa lessons, I want a pair of Frye boots. I want I want I want. This is what happens when one does not shop regularly. The forces are unleashed. Fortunately I still have the sanity of mind to stash my credit cards in a secret hiding place and not in my wallet.
I got my AM//Pm Yoga dvd yesterday and tried it out. Was rather a disappointment. I did the PM section part of it yesterday. First of all, it was too short. 20 minutes of yoga only. And it wasn't just that, because it was 20 minutes, there wasn't enough time to really stretch so you could actually do the harder poses by the middle of the session. I'm a little obsessed with this video yoga/ pilates thing. $100 a month for yoga lessons seems a little high and knowing me, I'd probably not be able to commit to a regular schedule. Having it on DVD just seems so much more convenient cos I can sit in front of the TV at midnite and just do it. The wonders of technology. One day I'm sure, we'll all just not leave our houses and just stay in, blog, do yoga and get chinese delivery.
