If you've ever listened to choral music, and in particular, to African American Spirituals [aka Negro spirituals] you may have heard an arrangement of one of those songs by Moses Hogan.

If you haven't then come to one of my concerts and most likely you'll hear one of his arrangements. He is a giant in the choral world, a legend among arrangers.
