The Weekender

The Weekender is BACK!!!! YIPPY!!!! I finally am able to go back to eating and drinking whatever I want.... I got my test results back last week and they came back normal...so what does that mean??? Well I had an ulcer...and ulcer's just don't happen... they build up and I guess that SAKE night took it over the top and got irritated... So NO MORE SAKE BOMBS till NEXT YEAR.... hahahhaha

So of course I had to go out on Friday....It was my girl's b-day and she rented out Steff's, which is located on 2nd and Mission, right across from 111 Minna, as some of you may have known it as Eklectic back in the days. So what's the set up for Steff's... Welp you walk in and it practically looks like Boone's...oops excuse me the Blue Triangle...is that what they call it nowadays.. So anyways...it's just backwards where the bar is on the right side instead of on your left... And it's a long bar... 3 bartenders...you've got 2 tv's overhead, a big ass screen on one end so you can show a movie of whatever you like... One time I was there and they were showing cartoon PORN!!!! hahahhaha

So we get there at 10pm and of course I get pimp parking AGAIN.... Right in front.... FYI....it's sometimes difficult to find parking in this area since you've got 111 Minna, NV and Sound Factory in the near vicinity...As far as a cover, since it was a private party, my girl didn't charge... and this place doesn't always have parties... It usually closes at 10pm. I start my night off w/ a drink and I had 3 more drinks after that....and I was still COOL!!!! NO PUKIN FOLKS.....I paced myself this time around and I wasn't poppin shots!!! THANK GOD!!!

The night went pretty cool...until a FIGHT BROKE OUT....right when it CLOSED!!!!! Can you believe that crap..... Well what do you expect...frickin peeps be drinkin hella and havin a temper.... So who cares if someone fronted you.....You're a better man to just walk away..... Who gives a F#$K about PRIDE....EAT IT UP!!!! It's funny....Boy Wonder was w/ me in the shivering cold waitin for our friends, and as he saids...."If a guy rolls solo to a club/party and is fronted by some fool, he'd most likely walk away, but if a guy has his "back up" he's goin to punk a fight." Those weren't his exact words...but pretty close...Y'all get the idea right???
